We Drank Our Tears

Produced by Tribe Marianas, D+R Visuals, and Mt. Carmel School's Theatre Club, We Drank Our Tears is an anthology series adapting stories from an eponymous book of Indigenous civilians' anecdotal experiences during The Battles of Saipan and Tinian during WW2. I directed WDOT: Rafael Mafnas' Story and served in various technical positions during the subsequent installments.

Video: Rafael Mafnas' Story shared a trailer with Benjamin Abadilla's story (more info below) and Francisco Babauta's story. I was unfortunately unable to help out on Francisco Babauta's story due to prior commitments (a summer job) so I've chosen not to feature it here on my portfolio site. It is also available for rent on Amazon prime, however, and is worth seeing.
